One welded body, built under one roof.
We make fully welded ball valves for gas, district heating and oil & gas pipelines — including the welded static balancing valve. Bodies in forged carbon steel and stainless, from DN15 to DN1400, PN16 to PN420. Hydro-tested and traceable by heat number.
Four series. One welded body.
Pick the operating type that matches your pipeline. Body, seal design and test standard stay the same — there is no body joint to leak from and no gasket to replace.
Lever for smaller isolation points, gear where the torque needs reducing to hand effort, extended stem and 3PE for direct burial, and V-port trim with a graduated locking dial where the branch has to be balanced rather than simply shut off.
Machined, assembled and tested under one roof.
Bodies, balls and stems are machined on CNC centres, then welded, assembled and hydro-tested before coating. The workshop in these photos is the one that builds your order.
Quoted, approved, then built
Nothing is welded before you have approved the dimensional drawing.
