Short, plain-language versions of the two documents our overseas buyers ask for most often. If your purchasing department needs a signed copy on company paper, ask and we will issue one with the proforma invoice.

Privacy Policy

We collect only what you type into the enquiry form on this site: your name, company, e-mail, country, phone number and the message or drawings you attach. We use it for one thing — answering your enquiry and quoting the valves you asked about.

We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing.
Your drawings are used for quotation and manufacturing only, and are not published.
Ask us at any time to delete your enquiry and we will remove it.

Terms of Sale

The terms below are the summary we work to on a normal export order. Where a purchase order states different terms, the signed proforma invoice governs.

Minimum order

MOQ 1 pc — we build to the order, not to stock.

Quotation

Valid 30 days unless stated otherwise. Quoted in USD or EUR.

Drawing approval

Production starts after the dimensional drawing is approved in writing.

Incoterms

FOB Ningbo / Shanghai as standard; other terms on request.

Documents

EN 12266-1 test report and packing list ship with the order.

Governing terms

As stated on the signed proforma invoice.
