European sizes,
published in full.
Every welded-end ball valve we make is built to a metric DN series with ends prepared to European pipe outside diameters, so it drops into an EN pipe run without adaptors. Below is the complete dimension set — full bore and reduced bore — for the standard PN16 / PN25 / PN40 configurations.
What the numbers are held to
Not for steam service. Imperial and ASME versions quoted on request.
Full bore — DN15 to DN500
Bore equals nominal size, so the valve passes a pig and gives the lowest pressure drop in the line.

One valve, two pipe outside diameters
European pipe comes in two wall-thickness families. The d1 column is the EN 10220 series 1 outside diameter and d2 is series 2 — our weld ends are machined to either, so the same valve fits both a standard and a heavy-wall line. Tell us which series your pipe is and we machine to it.
Reduced bore — DN125 to DN600
Smaller bore, same body — lower cost and lighter handling where a pig or full flow area is not required.

End-to-end length follows the bore, not the DN
A reduced-bore DN300 and a full-bore DN250 share the same 580 mm face-to-face length, because both pass a 250 mm bore. That is how the EN welded-end series is laid out — so a change of series inside the same pipe run does not move your supports.
Small sizes — DN10 to DN50, PN40
Branch lines, manifolds and instrumentation take-offs. Lever operated as standard.

How to read our model code
Quote the code and we build exactly that.
BODY MATERIALS — Forged carbon steel ASTM A105 / A350 LF2 (P235GH) or stainless F304 / F316 / F316L (EN 1.4301 / 1.4404). Trim quoted separately.
TOLERANCES — Values shown are for the standard configuration and may be refined at drawing approval. Non-standard lengths, stem extensions and 3PE coating are available on request.
NOT COVERED HERE — Buried / extended-stem valves, balancing valves and flanged versions have their own tables. Ask for the relevant datasheet or send your line data and we will size it.
