FIG. 1 — GENERAL VIEW
DN50 – DN100 · PN25 · DIMS IN MM
Fully Welded Ball Valve
The mid-size member of the standard carbon steel family: DN50 to DN100 at PN25, lever operated, forged carbon steel body and PTFE seat. Sits between the small DN15 – DN50 PN40 valve and the gear-operated DN125 – DN600 reduced-bore series, and shares the same welded, gasket-free pressure boundary as both.
- SIZE
- DN50 – DN100
- PRESSURE

Nothing to leak from
The body is welded shut — no flange and no gasket inside the pressure boundary.
One hand, one lever
Up to DN100 the valve turns with a 90° lever throw — no gearbox needed.
Tested and traceable
Shell and seat pressure-tested to EN 12266-1, and traceable by heat number.
Specifications & standards
Values below are for the standard configuration. Other pressure ratings, trims and end connections are available on request.
