Gear Operated Reduced-Bore Ball Valve
Gear operated, reduced-bore valve from DN125 to DN600 at PN25, forged carbon steel body (ASTM A105 / P235GH) with a PTFE seat and AISI 4140 ENP stem. Built for gas transmission and district heating mains where the valve has to stay leak-free for decades without service.

Nothing to leak from
The body is welded shut — no flange and no gasket inside the pressure boundary.
No actuator needed
A reduction gearbox brings a DN600 valve within handwheel effort — no power supply and no actuator to maintain.
Tested and traceable
Shell and seat pressure-tested to EN 12266-1, and traceable by heat number.

NOT FOR STEAM SERVICE — PTFE seat, suitable to +200 °C. For steam or higher temperatures ask for the metal-seated version.
