Gear Operated Fully Welded Ball Valve
The gearbox version of the heating series: a fully welded ball valve that turns by hand at sizes where a lever no longer gives enough torque. Forged carbon steel body, PTFE seat, welded ends and an ISO 5211 mounting pad on every size — DN15 to DN1400 at PN25. Used on the larger branches and trunk lines of district heating networks.

No actuator to maintain
A reduction gearbox brings a large valve within handwheel effort — no power supply, no actuator to service.
Gearbox fitted from DN125
Smaller sizes are normally supplied lever operated; the ISO 5211 pad is machined on every size either way.
Tested and traceable
Shell and seat pressure-tested to EN 12266-1, and traceable by heat number.

NOT FOR STEAM SERVICE — PTFE seat, suitable to +200 °C. For steam or higher temperatures ask for the metal-seated version.
