FIG. 1 — GENERAL VIEW
DN15 – DN1400 · PN25 · DIMS IN MM
Fully Welded Ball Valve
Lever operated floating-ball valve for district heating and cooling mains. Forged carbon steel body (ASTM A105 / P235GH) with a PTFE seat, welded ends and a stem sealed in both directions — DN15 to DN1400 at PN25. No flange and no gasket sits inside the pressure boundary, which is why these valves stay tight in chambered and directly buried sections of a heat network.

Nothing to leak from
The body is welded shut — no flange and no gasket inside the pressure boundary.
Built for heat networks
Seat and stem tested for the daily temperature cycling of district heating mains.
Tested and traceable
Shell and seat pressure-tested to EN 12266-1, and traceable by heat number.
Specifications & standards
Values below are for the standard configuration. Other pressure ratings, trims and end connections are available on request.
NOT FOR STEAM SERVICE — PTFE seat, suitable to +200 °C. For steam or higher temperatures ask for the metal-seated version.
